Shipping and delivery

CHAPPAL orders are dispatched from Türkiye. In-stock fragrance, incense and other standard-parcel products are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. This is preparation time, not the transit time to your country. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Any product-specific preparation time shown on its product page takes precedence.

International orders

Germany, United Kingdom, United States and Saudi Arabia

Standard parcel delivery: Germany TRY 1,113.35 (approximately EUR 19.90), free from a product subtotal of TRY 5,594.16 (approximately EUR 99.99); United Kingdom TRY 970.24 (approximately GBP 14.90), free from TRY 6,511.03 (approximately GBP 99.99); contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. TRY 969.74 (approximately USD 19.90), free from TRY 7,309.10 (approximately USD 149.99). These standard rates apply to eligible parcels with a recorded weight of up to 16 kg. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses are excluded from this US offer; separate available rates are shown at checkout.

Saudi Arabia: standard delivery TRY 1,458 (SAR 112.50 at the reference rate), free from TRY 6,467.04 (SAR 499 at the reference rate). Furniture and special freight are excluded from these standard-parcel offers. Eligibility and final delivery charges are confirmed at checkout for your address and basket. Free standard shipping applies automatically when the qualifying product subtotal reaches the relevant threshold. Other destinations retain the eligible small-parcel rates and conditions shown at checkout.

Payment currency and import charges

Local-currency prices shown before checkout are approximate display values. Checkout and payment are in Turkish lira (TRY). Your card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and fees. Review the final TRY total before paying.

Import duties and import taxes are not collected by CHAPPAL at checkout for international destinations. Your destination country or delivery company may collect applicable import taxes, duties or clearance fees separately. Free shipping does not include these charges. Customs procedures can affect delivery time.

Receiving your parcel

If your parcel or an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us with your order number and photographs so that we can help. Where possible, also ask the courier to record visible damage. Accepting a parcel does not remove your statutory consumer rights.

Türkiye deliveries

Domestic standard shipping is free for orders of TRY 1,250 or more; below this amount the standard charge is TRY 119.99. Furniture delivery is excluded from this standard-parcel offer and follows the delivery terms on the product page and in the Turkish shipping policy.
